RideIndia started in Connaught Place in 2019 with four Dzires and one rule: the price quoted on the phone is the price paid at the destination. Seven years and 1.2 lakh trips later, that rule still runs the company.
The quote is the invoice
The car and driver allowance are inside the number we quote. We do not charge GST; tolls, parking and state taxes are payable at actuals with the receipt shown to you.
Chauffeurs, not gig drivers
Every chauffeur is police-verified, carries a minimum five years of highway experience, and is route-certified before being assigned hill journeys.
One fleet age rule
No vehicle older than eight years enters service. Each car is inspected on a 42-point checklist monthly and sanitised between every trip.
Rest is a safety feature
Journeys beyond 500 km are assigned a relief chauffeur or a mandatory rest window. We would rather lose the booking than run a tired driver.
Where we operate
Pickups run from Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad and Gurugram. Drop-offs cover Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh — with new corridors added as demand builds.
