Driving licence
Commercial badge licence, both sides in one file.
Government ID proof
Aadhaar, voter ID or passport.
Police verification report
Character/antecedent verification issued by your local police station.
Driver photograph
Recent passport-style photo on a plain background.
Registration certificate (RC)
RC of the cab you will drive.
Insurance certificate
Valid commercial vehicle insurance policy.
Pollution certificate (PUC)
Current pollution-under-control certificate.
Fitness certificate
RTO fitness certificate for the cab.
